The ideal candidate will bring in-depth knowledge of implementing and optimizing business systems. They will play a pivotal role in understanding and translating customer needs into well-defined requirements for our product team and assisting in the analysis and evaluation of existing systems and project management practices.

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and functions. Facilitate discussions and workshops to gather requirements document, and analyze business requirements and translate them into user stories and functional specifications.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders and teams to ensure understanding and alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
• Documentation: Document requirements, process maps, and data models effectively and clearly so they can be easily understood by stakeholders across the organization.
• Solution Assessment: Evaluate and assess proposed solutions to ensure they meet business needs. Provide input on how to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Project Support: Provide support for project management activities, including planning, scheduling, and status reporting.
• Testing: Assist in developing testing and implementation plans. Participate in testing to validate that the solution meets the business requirements.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder requirements and project scope changes, provide solutions to their business needs, and address functional queries from the development team.
• Project Tracking: Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project team and stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, or any related field.
• Demonstrated experience in requirement gathering, project management, or related skills
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills

• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
