Responsibility

  • Gather design research and conduct workshop to develop design insights
  • Conduct, gather and evaluate user requirements to understand user’s needs, behavior and insight in collaboration with teams
  • Develop sketches and sample designs drafts, UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how application functions work and look like
  • Assist team in the planning and running of usability tests or validation sessions and assist with preparing related presentations.
  • Design and maintain products design system, user interface elements based on requirements
  • Ensure the materials of detailed design layouts, hi-fi prototypes and prepare visual assets and accompanying documentation for handoffs and keep it up-to-date
  • Be a maker and storyteller; effectively communicate concepts to stakeholders, both verbally and visually
  • Work with developer team to build the product and collaborate with team to confirm the right design of product
  • Always improve and update product design to be related with today’s trend, and user’s behavior and insight for better and better user experience
  • Also work on other design scope and works such as Presentations, Product Branding, Sales Materials, etc.

Qualification

  • Bachelors or higher degree in interaction design, digital design or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in UX/UI Designer role
  • Strong in UX/UI tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, etc.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Good time-management skills
  • Good understanding of designing process
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
